1. Booking and Appointments:

  • All appointments are scheduled in advance. Walk-ins are subject to availability.

  • A deposit may be required for certain services or during peak hours.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • We understand that plans may change. Please provide at least 4 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Late Arrivals:

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure the quality of service for all clients.

4. Pricing and Payments:

  • Prices for services are clearly outlined and subject to change. Any changes will be communicated in advance.

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, or other specified payment methods.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee:

  • We strive to provide excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.

6. Stylist Requests:

  • Clients may request a specific stylist, but availability is not guaranteed. In the event that the requested stylist is unavailable, another qualified stylist will be assigned.

7. Consultations:

  • A consultation is recommended for new clients or those considering a significant change. This ensures clear communication and understanding of expectations.

8. Child Policy:

  • We love children, but the salon environment may not be suitable for them. For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing atmosphere, we recommend arranging childcare during your appointment.

9. Health and Safety:

  • Clients are expected to disclose any health or allergy concerns that may affect the service provided.

  • We adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene practices for the safety of our clients and staff.

10. Personal Items:

  • The Rudra Shop is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during your visit.

11. Promotions and Discounts:

  • Promotions and discounts are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please inquire for details.

12. Privacy Policy:

  • Client information is kept confidential and used only for appointment-related communication.

13. Termination of Services:

  • The Rudra Shop reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
